Measurement is a fully privacy compliant system that provides access to T-Mobile's unique mobility data in a way other systems cannot. Our unique mobility data forms one of the largest, independent, mobile panels in the US; and this panel, combined with an advertiser's campaign log, opens up real world mobile app engagement insights.

The Measurement suite of analytic reports dives deeper than just impressions and clicks. When paired with real world mobile app engagement data, advertisers can now dig into the real efficacy of their campaigns. While Measurement's proprietary Mobile App Install and Mobile App Engagement indexes can tell an advertiser at a glance how performant a campaign was, the Measurement reports allow for day-to-day review of app lift to determine what works and doesn't work to drive towards campaign goals.
